Sheree started her career in the financial services industry in 1994 serving high net worth families and nonprofit organizations. Prior to founding Allium Financial Advisors with her partners, she worked at Arnerich Massena as Managing Director of Wealth Management for over 22 years. In addition to managing the Wealth Management division, Sheree developed the firm’s service model for nonprofit discretionary portfolio management in 2006, building a successful book of business serving many nonprofits in our local community.

Sheree provides leadership and oversight of Allium Financial Advisors. Her responsibilities include client relations, leading our Investment Committee and client portfolio management. Sheree earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. She is also a former FINRA Series 7 and 63 license holder.

As a founding partner of Allium Financial Advisors, Pradeep provides comprehensive financial planning for business succession, estate structure, retirement, risk management, tax strategies and charitable giving. 

Beginning his career in financial services in 2006, Pradeep was most recently a vice president and senior financial planner at Umpqua Private Bank. He also served as a licensed private banker for Wells Fargo.

Pradeep earned a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University in Pune, India, and completed coursework toward a Master of Agriculture from Oregon State University. He completed the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. His licensure includes FINRA Series 7 and 66 (former) as well as Oregon Health and Life Insurance.

Scott provides comprehensive oversight to all investment related aspects for the firm. His responsibilities include leading our Investment Committee, manager relations, investment research, portfolio management, and client relations.  Scott began his career as part of NIKE’s first intern class which led to his position as Treasury Analyst upon graduation.  Since 1996, Scott has been involved in the investment industry with a particular focus on alternative investments and the creation of differentiated portfolios with the goal to outperform benchmarks.  

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and an MBA from Portland State University.  In addition to his investment advisory work, Scott serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at Wilsonville High School.

Jordan is a CFA who brings an education from Oregon State University and a specialization in Wealth Management to Allium. He spent 2 years at Vanguard building his skills serving high net worth individuals before moving back to Oregon to join this team. He brings energy, stamina, and a fresh perspective to Allium.

Courtney provides leadership and support to the entire team as the Operations Manager. With her extensive experience working in small, scaling, service-based businesses and her roll-up your sleeves, can-do attitude, she keeps Allium running on an administrative and personal level. While her role is no longer as client-facing as it once was as the Senior Executive Assistant, you can still look forward to seeing her in the office, putting out fires and creating order wherever she goes.

Ben has been working in financial services for over a decade and joins us from Umpqua Bank where he spent the last 12 years gaining a breadth of experience working with the bank's different lines of business including their Private Bank and their Treasury department. Ben brings a strong background in financial analysis and reporting. Ben believes in continuous innovation and delivery, and he is always looks for fresh ways to add value to the company he is with.

Ben has a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and lives in Lake Oswego with his wife Maya and his dog Moose. As a family, they enjoy going to estate sales, trying new restaurants, traveling, and going to the movies.

Michelle joined Allium with over two decades of experience in the financial industry, bringing close attention and care to client relations and service. Michelle is native to the Northwest and enjoys all things outdoors. Client appreciate her thoughtful and thorough work and kind approach!
